The P4 Project, Pot, Propaganda, Paranoia, and Politics, is an interactive multi-dimensional documentary installation, which explores the historic, current and future impact of cannabis prohibition in Canada. A representation of the information battle in the war on drugs, the P4 Project studies the views and motives of the people who put their lives on the line to either oppose or impose prohibition. Featured are interviews with leaders in the law enforcement community and some of Canada’s leading anti-prohibition activists, people whose everyday activity violates and puts them in direct confrontation with the law. To complete the picture, a series of interviews represent the view of Canadian cannabis laws from inside the legal, political, medical and academic communities.
